The mission of the 0to5 CECC (Madison, Clark, Estill, Powell, and Montgomery counties) is a collaborative project to meet the goals established by the Governor's Office of Early Childhood.  This coordinated effort will provide education, training, and materials to families, childcare centers, and community organizations serving children birth to age five, as well as, expectant mothers. We provide a variety of community/family trainings, engagement events, and educational activities promoting developmentally-appropriate practice and high-quality care for pre-natal and birth to age five children.
